Shipping Policy:

Once customer order is confirmed along with payment. It will be dispatched withing 2 – 4 days. In some cases there might be delay as the part may be in back order. Autoparts24.in will keep you updated via email or whats app message.

Cancellation & refund:

Autoparts24.in offers cancellation & full refund, if customer cancel the order within 12 hrs of order placement. All you have to do is to notify us via email. For cancellation, you need to contact customersupport@autoparts24.in. Kindly mention your order number. Once order is canceled Autoparts24.in will initiate refund and refund will be made within 7 working days.

Payment:

All orders will be accepted online only. Autoparts24.in will process order immediately after payment confirmation.

Shipping Charge:

Considering customer point of view Autoparts24.in trying to charge subsidized shipping charges. Even though logistic companies are charging us based on weight and location, we are charging shipping charge as a fixed fee for the first part in order and thereafter a nominal increase per part. In case of large products or body parts like bumpers, bonnets, doors, windshield, etc, additional shipping is charged as per the actual size of the material. For example, the typical shipping charge for a bumper is approx 1500-2000 and Windshield Glass is 2000- 3000. Depending upon the courier service available at your location and based on distance this amount may vary. Autoparts24.in team will connect with you for the same.

Fitment Guarantee:

Your purchase is 100% secure from the wrong product arriving which doesn’t fit with your vehicle. As long as you have ordered the product which matches the specification of your Car including Model Name, Engine Type, Year and Variant, your purchase is completely secure. In case of the wrong fitment, you are eligible to get a 100% refund or a free replacement. (exceptions apply, see sections below )

Returns & Exchange Policy:

Only parts which are invoiced and supplied by Autoparts24.in are eligible for return or exchange strictly as per return policy.

In cases of wrong part refund/replacement is provided as per Autoparts24.in return policy. Wrong part is the part when the supplied part is not as per ordered part. e.g.customer ordered part no. x and by mistake supplied part no y. If customer ordered part is matching with supplied part but in case it is not compatible for customer requirement, then it is not a wrong part supply. In such cases return / replacement / refund approved at the sole discretion of Autoparts24.in. Customer need to contact customersupport@autoparts24.in for further decision. In some cases Autoparts24.in may accept return at a nominal restocking fee of 15% of the total return value and the return transit cost will be born by customer.

Returns, terms of refunds & exchanges are approved at the sole discretion of Autoparts24.in.

For any return initiation customer should ensue that, part is not used and intact in the original packing with all labels in place and not damaged.

In case of damaged consignment, it will be claimed under insurance by Autoparts24.in and refund will be processed accordingly.

Delivery confirmation shall be provided until the last point where the courier company, transport/postal company hands over the package at the destination area authority, security, etc. For example, If the addressee is residing in a gated community or secured area/city, the handover of a package to the respective authority shall be considered as final delivery.

The customer agrees that No charge back or refund claim shall be considered, in case of a complaint, the customer shall contact customersupport@autoparts24.in only.

The customer agrees that all disputes shall be filed under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India only.

Exceptions:

Fitment Guarantee, Return, cancellation, and exchange policy can be revoked in special cases at the sole discretion of Autoparts24.in including but not limited to experimental purchases, International orders, rare parts, slow-moving items for discontinued vehicles, high-value products, fraud attempts, unable or refuses to take delivery, etc. For product returns/cancellations, Autoparts24.in may levy additional reasonably nominal charges to recover various incurred costs such as shipping costs, Payment gateway costs, restocking charges, etc. Autoparts24.in reserves all rights to block/cancel certain transactions on autoparts24.in without prior information.

Price Change Events:

Prices are quoted as per MRP decided by brands. However, many times, price changes are known only at the time of shipment. if the MRP label is lower than what you have paid, Autoparts24.in automatically refunds the amount. Whenever Autoparts24.in receives a product at higher prices than what has been originally quoted price the customer is notified of the price change and required to pay the difference amount. A full refund of the already paid amount is always available as an option in case an increased price makes it non viable for customer to purchase products in such cases.

Warranty

Manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects is available on products. Warranty assistance is provided by Autoparts24.in for filing claims of manufacturing defects in a product. To be eligible for a claim a defect must be identifiable in the unused product prior to or at the time of fitment. Once part is fitted on the vehicle warranty becomes null and vide. Warranty is not applicable to used products for partial performance degradation, longevity, or reliability of products.

Electronics Parts: Electronic/ Electric products are covered under warranty for wrong supply or distinctly visible damage/defect claims only. A functionality-related claim cannot be considered for electronic items.

Limited Liability & conditions of fulfillment:

Placing an order does not guarantee product fulfillment. Fulfillment of an order is subject to conditions of our policies, terms, supply, and other prevailing situations for which customers are informed from time to time as order progress toward completion. Under all circumstances, Autoparts24.in reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel an order. In any case, unavailability/non-delivery/cancellation of orders, the maximum liability of Autoparts24.in is be limited to the amount paid by the customer for said product only.
